2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction at which you can enter into a contract without parental consent, to use this site. By using the site, you confirm you meet that requirement.
3. What the site is
WPMytics publishes news, tutorials, reviews, data reports, and related content about the WordPress ecosystem. The content is published for general informational purposes. It is not professional advice. Decisions you make about your own site, business, or investments based on what you read here are your own.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or any connected network
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by uploading or transmitting malware
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content for redistribution without written permission
- Reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial purposes without a license
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with WPMytics
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our team members or other users
5. Intellectual property
All content on wpmytics.com, including articles, data reports, charts, images, logos, trademarks, and underlying code, is owned by WPMytics or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
You may:
- Read, print, and share links to our content
- Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source article, under fair use or the equivalent principle in your jurisdiction
- Embed our published charts or tables where an embed option is provided
You may not republish full articles, reproduce data reports in whole, or use our content to train machine-learning models without written permission. Commercial reuse requires a license; email [email protected] to request one.
6. Third-party content and links
The site links to third-party websites, products, and services, including products we review and affiliate partners. We do not control those third parties and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing a third-party site from WPMytics is at your own risk.
7. Advertising, affiliate links, and sponsored content
We display advertising and use affiliate links, and we accept sponsored content. Sponsored articles are labeled as sponsored. Affiliate links are disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure. Display advertising is delivered by third-party ad networks under their own terms.
Commercial relationships do not influence our editorial judgment. Our standards for managing those relationships are described in our Editorial Standards.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from all threats, or that information will always be current. Benchmark figures, performance numbers, and market-share data reflect our analysis at the time of publication and may change.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPMytics and its owners, contributors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where limitation of liability is restricted by the law that applies to you, our liability is limited to the amount legally permitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPMytics and its contributors from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on WPMytics infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL or clear description of the allegedly infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We will review complete notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the content. We may also notify the content contributor and, where a counter-notice is received, restore the content unless a court order is provided.
12. Changes to the site and to these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms. When the changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence and that cannot be waived by contract.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Before starting formal proceedings, please email [email protected] and give us 30 days to respond. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there. This venue selection does not apply where local law grants you a non-waivable right to pursue the claim in a different forum.
14. General
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Editorial Standards, and Affiliate Disclosure, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
